Cancellation Policy

At Bé Yaya, we occasionally offer products through pre-orders to give you early access to new releases or restocked favorites. This policy explains how and when you can change or cancel your order.

Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you're reserving a product that is either currently out of stock or scheduled for a future release. Depending on the product, we may collect full payment, a partial deposit, or no payment at the time of checkout. In some cases, we may securely store your payment method and process the full or remaining amount when the item is ready to ship.

Cancellations:
You may cancel your pre-order any time before the item has been fulfilled (shipped) by contacting us directly. If your order has already been fulfilled, we aree unable to cancel it but you may still be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on your situation.
